Our Recruitment Process

Stage 1 - Shortlisting

Stage 2 - Interview
Prior to the formal interview, we will send you a safer recruitment application form and a self declaration form to comply with the Keeping Children Safe in Education guidelines.
The formal interview may include a task, such as a general task, microteach session, or in-tray exercise, depending on the role. This stage is designed to assess your skills, experience, and fit for the position.

Stage 3 - Offer
If you are successful in the formal interview, you will receive a conditional offer letter.

Stage 4 - Hired
Once all checks are completed and you have signed the offer letter, we will begin the onboarding process to welcome you to our team at MidKent College.
