Hi, My Name is Ant Finch, I am Curriculum Manager for Applied Science and Animal Management at MidKent College.
Who am I?
I have been within the Further Education sector for 26 years. I started my Animal Management career by running a College collection, training and demonstrating practical skills and running busy practical sessions for a wide range of students. I moved in to teaching and lecturing fully 20 years ago but still kept my practical hand in. I have been the Manager of Applied Science and Animal Management for the past 12 years.
I have a great passion for teaching and learning, Biodiversity, Ecology and the Environment. I love teaching what I love! I consider myself honoured and privileged to be in a position to positively impact the learning, growth, progression and the future of others.

Advice for prospective candidates
