You'll need to communicate clearly with staff, managers, and other stakeholders. You must be able to listen actively and convey information accurately. You'll have to write clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency
You'll need an in-depth knowledge of techniques in your chosen industry that's up-to-date and relevant for those entering the sector. You'll also be comfortable using technology and able to explain and demonstrate industry-standard software to prepare your students for work.
Problem-solving
You'll be analysing complex problems, identifying underlying issues, and developing creative solutions. You'll be able to anticipate potential problems and proactively address them to mitigate risks.

Mark Lampard
Mark is our Curriculum Director and has been with the College for over 15 years. He's passionate about equipping students with up-to-date skills to help them thrive in their chosen career having been trained at the College.
Bridget Remy
Bridget is one of our Curriculum Managers and oversees Plumbing and Electrical Installation. She's laser-focused on student success and on ensuring students meet the prescribed standards required in the industry.
