You'll be used to analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, and extracting meaningful insights. Your critical thinking skills will help you identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimise performance and efficiency.
Communication
You'll need the ability to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders clearly to share technical information, updates and resolutions. The ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language is important for conveying insights and recommendations to decision-makers.
Proficiency
You'll need a strong foundation in IT and information systems. This includes knowledge of databases, data analysis tools, programming languages, network infrastructure, and enterprise software systems. We're looking for proficiency in database management systems (DBMS), such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL to manage and manipulate large datasets efficiently.

Lisa is our Director of MIS and has been with the College for two years. She driven by accuracy and timeliness of reporting to ensure that our teachers and support staff have the intel required to support student success.
