What I do at MidKent College
I'm Director of Curriculum for Science and Skills Development Studies which includes Science, Animal Care, ESOL and English and Maths. I am also the T-Level Lead for the College.
Why MidKent College
Our curriculum teams work together to provide a positive and supportive work environment. We build on that base to create an inclusive College that helps students learn and develop skills that will give them a positive step towards their future in either higher education or employment.
Who am I?
I've been working in Further Education for over twenty years, and have been a senior manager for the majority of this time. I lead the team with high expectations, with a supportive approach where I lead by example.
