Becky Farley

Hi, I'm Becky and I am the Director of Community & Civic Engagement at MidKent College.

I have been with the college for over 10 years now and have been fortunate to work in a number of business development and stakeholder engagement roles in that time.  For the past 6 years I have looked after a diverse group of commercial and community focussed functions and I am a proud brand ambassador for MidKent College and the role we play in creating opportunities and transforming lives with engaging with further and higher education and our amazing facilities across Maidstone & Medway. 

I am a passionate collaborator – always seeking opportunities to improve our services to our students, employers and community partners. I am a hands on leader and have learnt a great deal during my time at the college and this wealth of experience is always one that I am always willing to share with my team in order to support their own professional development.

I have high expectations of the customer service we provide to everyone we have dealings with; I am detail-orientated and always open to explore innovative change for improvements in our team.

 

I value my team members for their adaptability and flexibility with the range of projects we oversee and recognise the importance of great communication and willingness to learn.  Many of our team are technical experts in their field and I respect their expertise and the contribution they bring to the wider team.
