Hi, my name is Clare I have currently have responsibility for setting up and overseeing Medway School of Arts.
Who am I?
I have been working in Visual Arts further and higher education for the last 20 years and am hugely passionate about the importance and value of arts education has on individuals and society.
Advice for prospective candidates
I have always fostered a culture of collaboration, creativity and support within my teams, and look for motivated people who enjoy working with others to meet the needs of our students.
