Becky Dunmore

I'm Becky, and I'm a Curriculum Manager here at the College. 

I've spent the last 15 years working in training and education, with the past 7 years at MidKent College.  In my time here I have progressed from a member of the teaching staff to management. This has allowed me to have a wider outlook on our industries and support my team to delivery current and future requirements to allow students to thrive in their chosen profession. 

As a leader I want to encourage an environment where growth and diverse perspectives are valued, to build individuals and the team which has a positive impact on them, the organisation, and the industry.
