Hi, I’m Will, Facilities Team Leader for the Maidstone Campus

I started with the College in 2015 as a temporary caretaker and have progressed within the Facilities team. I manage a dedicated team of caretaking and security staff who look after the buildings, grounds, and stakeholders.

We're a tight-knit team, and while everyone has individual responsibilities we all support each other to ensure that our campuses are in the best condition possible for our students and staff. 

When hiring I look for people who can bring new ideas and innovation to the College that shape the way we work.
