You'll need to understand the individual needs, background and learning styles of your students and plan teaching and learning that's inclusive of your students' needs. You'll bring strong interpersonal skills, empathy and sensitivity to connect with students, convey information, give feedback and facilitate discussions. 

Proficiency

You'll have a deep understanding of your subject matter. We'll expect you to stay up to date with the latest research and discoveries in your field, as well as being able to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Pedagogy

Effective teaching involves more than just transmitting information; you'll need  the ability to engage students, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You'll be skilled in instructional design, lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment techniques.
